At first let’s identify the perfectly imperfect body type of the successful candidate:
·         The body type that is ideal for Vaser Liposuction is a healthy body of a person who is not suffering from diabetes; asthma; or any lever, lung, heart and kidney disease, blood clotting diseases like thrombosis or hemophilia.

Understanding Liposuction and Vaser
Now these protruding, sagging and loose fat skin are actually skin fat. They grow underneath subcutaneous level of one’s body and are hard to reach as is normal body fat. These are called stubborn body fat and you will identify the candidate once at the first glance. You can’t that he or she is fat, but little portions of their body bulging out.
Secrets out, Vaser Liposuction wasn’t developed for just stubborn body fat. In fact, perhaps stubborn body fat wasn’t even identified in medical aesthetics. Liposuction was being developed back in the 1970s as a fat loss surgery. But eventually it turned up to be that doesn’t work as supposed. But it was in process to practice by a number, actually a few of plastic surgeons who believed there still something to it. By the 1980s it emerged as traditional liposuction with the tumescent technique. And by the 90s there came ultrasound assisted liposuction (UAL) which changed the scene with a revamp.
Yes, nowadays Vaser Liposuction is one of the commonly sought and useful surgery to tone a slightly bulging body. But slightly, not overweight.
This thing can be done under local anaesthesia even if your abdomen, thighs, and flanks is being suctioned. But make it a point that a fistful of skin from your tummy might be a few tablespoons of liquefied fat, so don’t lose hope that this thing is hardly taking anything from you.

The Procedure

Choose any three areas for best results, say the best unofficial combo of abdomen, thighs and flanks.
At the very beginning, of any surgery, is the consultation session. Make sure you have chosen a well known and reputed clinic and avoid good marketed clinics. Take online forum discussions and find out some past patients of the same who all have good results.
Once you have chosen your clinic, you arrive at the consultation where you must produce your proper medical history and mention everything about your body, your expectations and your favorite junk food. And do mention if you’ve been taking any herbal remedies to cut the bulge down, has it worked at all?
When your surgery date is set, step by step arrange for friends or likewise personnel to help you the first 2-3 days with some support, to drive you home, to say that it’s ok and to pass you the TV remote.
On the surgery day arrive wearing a slip on shoes and button down loose fitting clothes. Avoid pullovers.  You will sign the formality papers if you haven’t done this before.
You will hit the surgical theater, and don’t be scared a little liposuction never killed anybody. Once you are laid down on the surgical table the surgeon and the assistant surgeons will inject several injections that is the anaesthesia mixed with some adrenalin. The anaesthesia will numb your treatable area, while the adrenaline will swell it like a balloon wherein it would be easier for the surgeon to break your fat.
And then the surgeon breaks your fat. The high frequency ultrasound radiated Vaser cannula will be inserted in your tummy and gently moved it back and forth like brushing teeth. And soon after the targeted will melt down and start dripping then the cannula tube will be attached and the aspirator will start the suction. All this happens while you listen to your music and snooze; you can peek to see what’s happening too.
Once the suction is over, then you will be moved to a resting room and your puncture wounds shall be covered with heavy pads of gauze. You might feel discomfort from this but allow it for a few days and also tolerate the corset like special garment that is going to squeeze extra juices off your body.
Your recovery can be a little painful once the anaesthesia totally wears off. There might be swelling and don’t panic with the bruises and scars for at least 2months.
